Seeing & Disrupting Racism: A Special Workshop for the 5-Town Community

  • Hosted Virtually on Zoom (map)

It can be hard to talk about race and racism, especially if you don’t feel that the topic applies to you or your community. Racism negatively impacts us all in every community. So let’s try to talk about it. This 101-level workshop defines the meaning of racism, helps us further recognize racism’s harmful impact on society, and explores how we can handle observations of actions of racism differently. Registration is required, this workshop will not be recorded and donations to be the Peace and Social Justice Center are appreciated.
